- Setting the implants - Positioning the female parts
Patient comfort :
- Immediate and long - lasting improvement to mastication function - Gradual and variable conical threading for an improved initial anchoring
After incision, passage of an initial 1.5 mm drill to a depth of 10 mm (11 mm implant) or 12 mm (13 mm implant). The use of gauges enables parallelism between implants. An additional 2 mm ant then 2.5 mm drill will be necessary for respectivly placing the 2.5 and 3 mm implants.
Phantom gauges represent the congestion of the future female parts of the prosthesis' underside surface.
After removing the Iball from its packaging, hand screw 2/3 with the implant holder.
Ensure good stability and finish off using the O'ring screwdriver and the wrench. Beware not to use the wrench for the 2 mm diameter implants.
After suture, we position the dics and the female parts on the implants (fixed onto the upper part of the implant holder) and we hollow out the underside surface of the prosthesis with a resin drill.
The interlocking of the female parts is done with self - curing resin. For this purpose, the disc will protect the transgingival of the implant.
